We have a Sunflame Cooktop for which we have raised a service request on 9th August with Ref. No KOL[protected].
Out of 3 burners, 2 burners are not working properly and upon using them, the flames are coming out of the burners and are in a very critical situation. The engineer has visited us and informed us to change both the burners and also one part beneath the burners immediately.
All the parts have been ordered by him to the company but it's been 18 days and the parts have not been replaced yet. We have again complained regarding the matter on 17th August, Ref No KOL[protected] and they told us that it will be resolved within 24 hours but there is no update yet.
A cooktop is an essential item and we are getting afraid o[censored]sing it every day. If any accident occurs due to such a problem, then who will be held liable for it even after requesting to change its parts for 18 days. We urgently request to take the matter on a serious note and resolve our problem at the earliest.
