Sunflame Enterprises — 3 burner cooktop, manufacturing fault, pathetic service | |||
It has been more than a month and several reminder mail to company but still no response. I purchased sunflame 3 burner cooktop 4 months ago. From the very first day, one of the auto-ignition was not working properly. I registered a complaint with pant services regarding the issue. They informed that problem is due to metal ring and they took more than 15 days to replace the same. But the problem was not resolved even after replacement of ring. Even after raising issues and concerns for more than 4 times the issue was not resolved. On my 5th complaint to company direct customer care, i was informed that wire is faulty and same needs to be replaced. If wire was faulty from very first day then why it took more than 4 months to check the issue? Why ring was changed? Why wire was not checked when the technician first time visited my house? Why i was not provided with any complaint number each time i registered a complaint? Executives at pant service centre don't have manners to talk to customers. They simply deny their fault and say sort out with the company. I have tried calling company 4-5 times every time they promise that i will get a callback providing apt solution but i never received any call from company also.
