We purchased the stove on 16th oct 201 from a shop. there is a problem of one knob is jammed, and the other one is not glowing. means two burners are not function able since last ten days.now we approached shop fellow to provide the service center number. he gave one number. we contacted but he says wrong number and provided another number. this number, no person lifts up to 11AM. if lifts they ask many irrelevant questions and lastly they say with in 48 hrs person will visit. after 48 hrs the person says you should keep the photo copies of bill and warranty book. this item ia an house hold and many people may not have photocopy machines at home. now he says he can't repair be'se copies are not provided, again you have to lodge the service request. for a daily use product, is it required.
