[Resolved] Sunflame Enterprises — 4 burner gas stove | |||||
We bought 4 burner gas stove in april 2018 and since installation, we have been complaining about poor workmanship. The service provider never picks up the phone. A few emails to customer service give standard reply that we will look into this. The last follow up complaint was in oct 2018 and except an acknowledgement, no one ever visited or called us. The grills of all 4 burners on which utensils are kept, are all tilted on one side. The utensils are therefore not straight and impossible to cook because all oil etc gets collected on one side. We regret very much having bought this sunflame product. Extremely poor workmanship and equally bad bad after sales service. Complaints are never attended.
