Sunflame Enterprises — 4 burner stove is defective after the next day of purchase, wanted replacement | |||
Hi customer care, Please find the attached invoices. Please replace the defective piece as soon as possible. Or Refund my money as soon as possible. This is 3rd time we have seen problem 1) bolts were removed on initial product itself. 2) fire came from the bottom of the stove 4) gas leakage I have called the manoj enterprises for the resolution. They will only give false promises at the time of purchase saying, we will take care of everything. Once you paid the amount, its gone. They do not care anything about the product. Since its very harmful product, not sure how isi approved sunflame. This is 3 rd time i have seen problems the with stove. Was this information helpful? | |||
