Hi Team,
My name is Manish. I purchased the product Lara 60 Chimney from SK enterprises, Mohali in the month of March 2022.
It was working fine for 2 months (April and May) but suddenly, it stopped working in June 2022 so I contacted ''SK Enterprise'' and they shared the number of your customer care ([protected]) where I registered my complaint with code CHA[protected] on July 2, 2022.
They informed me that the technician will visit my home to check the product but no one came after the complaint so I called again & again and got the number of incharge (Mahesh Attari - [protected]) who is managing a service center of Chandigarh.
He sent a technician after 4-5 days but he was not able to find the issue and asked me to reach out Mahesh.
I have been continuously trying to reach Mahesh for the last three weeks but he always says the same thing: that i do not have solution as of now so please give me some time.
Even i am calling in Service Center on daily basis but they are also saying same thing: that we are escalating this issue and you will get solution/ call within 24 hours but no update as of now.
I sent multiple emails on [protected]@sunflame.com but no response from anyone.
I have not gotten any solution for my product from the last 27 days.
I just want to confirm, Have i made any mistake in bringing a product from Sunflame?
How soon will I get a solution or get my chimney in working condition?
If you do not have a solution for issue then change my chimney. I want a replacement not a repair because your team is not able to provide such services which a consumer can expect from a well known company.
