Sunflame Enterprises — Chimany in warranty but no service

Our chimany is still in warranty and we have lodged complaint with our bhopal service centre. One person visited and said motor needs to be replaced and he will need another person to unmount the chimany. He never returned. We have been calling the centre since diwali but no response. No one has come to see the chimany again. This is most unprofessional behaviour i have ever seen in my life. Why do you people hive warranty when you can not provide service.,
