Issue : Sunflame Geyser [ grace 10 ] water leakage issue for which company provides 5 year warranty.
On 26 July 2022, I raised one complaint [ref No-BAN[protected] ] for water leakage issue for the geyser.
One service technician came and inspected the geyser and said that this is not serviceable as this is a tank water leakage issue and company will replace the geyser.
He asked me to provide bill and warranty card, i was unable to provide both as it was 2 year old geyser, then my ticket was closed.
Later i searched and got both bill and warranty card then on 8 August 2022 again i logged one more complaint [Ref no-BAN[protected] ] for same, after that i never got any call from either sunflame or service guy.
Every time when i call customer care they always say that they are escalating the case to head office and some one will contact me but till now no one contacted me and my issue is not resolved even after multiple followup with sunflame costumer care.
I tried calling sunflame service person then he said he cant help in this as this is water leakage issue, only company will replace the product.
Company is not bother to resolve my issue even though this product is under warranty for 5 year tank water leakage issue.
I took this geyser from army CSD canteen, This how Sunflame cheats army persons.
Request you to take action again Sunflame company.
