Sunflame Enterprises — Defective cooking range | |
On 15th July 2021 we purchased Sunflame Regalia cooking range. Only a few days after installation it unfortunately developed snags one after the other. After filing complaints again and again (lastly complained under number JAM[protected] the technician would come and repair but of no use. It is evident that it has some manufacturing defects which the technician is not able to remove. We're afraid it might bump again(as happened earlier also which made us panic) and cause an accident. We are fed up with it's repeated repairs and want it's replacement by the fresh one immediately. In order to avoid any untoward mishap immediate action is required from your side.
