Hi Team, This is to notify you that I have purchased your Sunflame cooktop burner on (16/08/2021) from your authorized dealer and as a standard process, the service person came to install that product in my home. But he damaged the product while doing the installation and repaired it after some days when I called the dealer and told this incident. Now, the problem is the leakage of gas from the place where the pipe is attached to the burner which may lead to an accident and after 15-20 seconds of turning ON the knob, I can use the burner. Till then again the wastage of the gas I request you to kindly look into this issue and please replace this product with a new one. I expect positive action towards this request.
