I am using 3 burner gas stove from around 1 year and on 16th August top glass cracked by its own. As our gas is under warranty so we have logged a complaint for glass change. A technician came and took the cracked glass to submit it in office as a proof and later told us that they don't have any new glass in stock.
Now its more than a months and we are still waiting for replacement.
After continuous follow up with service center, one guy gave me number of Mr. Vineet who is handling Uttarakhand and UP. Now after such a long time wait still we are not getting any positive response from him as well.
Don't know how many calls and follow up we have to do for it.
Worst Service.
