Sunflame Enterprises — Gas stove 3 burner issue

I have been issue with burner and on my first visit of technician he said if issue repeated the he would change burner. The issue was still there so requested for change burner as it was in warranty but from 9th Feb am trying to ask for same ticket was raise but not yet received respond. My details of ticket below.

Everyday am trying for the same till when i need to do itnot surr
