Have using a 3 burner glass top sunflame gas stove from november 2020 . In the evening of 23 january 2022 dinner was prepared and approx 8 pm the gas stove was turned off and left the kitchen. After 20 to 25 min a blast sound came from the kitchen and when we see the glass top was broken and still crack transferring noise was coming(This noise remains coming for approx 15 minutes after the blast).
After one day i.e. on 25 jan 2022 I called to customer care and resister the complain and they say the technician will visit and resolve the complain. Second day I get a call from technician and he told me he will visit at my home on the same day but he don't come. So next day I called him and he ask for the images of serial no of gas stove, invoice and images of gas stove.
From that day to today i.e. 1 feb 2022 I called several times to the customer care, technician and the area service manager and each time I get different replies from all three. Technician says approval for the part is pending, customer care says no approval is initiated from the customer side and service incharge says I talk to company and they denies for the change .
Why these things are done by them. As the glass is broken during off condition them why they are not replacing it even the gass stove have 2years warranty
