This happened today morning when my mother was cooking. The glass top blasted with a loud noise and broke into small pieces. Thankfully no one was injured but this is a life threatening incident and the company should take this with utmost seriousness. I am awaiting the technician to replace the glass. Borivali east
The glass cooktop replacement agency is not giving proper answers and is stating that they will look into the matter in a few days. This is extremely unethical on sunflames part given the severity of the issue. Moreover the glass top replacement charges are rs.3000 which are not acceptable as the name suggests the product has toughened glass which is not supposed to break in the first place.
