Good morning. I had bought sunflame juicer mixer grinder supreme on 19 july 17. But soon after 2-3 days... It's went out of order. I sent email and spoke to sunflame service center, patna and requested to send technician view product is in 2 years warranty. But, more than 2 weeks past but still there is no response from sunflame service center, patna.. Even i called/emailed them many times but all the time they r giving excuses and now they r not receiving my call. Even they r nt giving acknowledgement of my e-mail.. I request consumer court to look into this issue for early repair of warranty product (Sunflame supreme juicer mixer grinder) Was this information helpful? | |||||

Plz refer my complaint of dated 08 Jun 2018 for request of replacement of juicer mixer grinder purchased from 41 rhino csd canteen. Concerned official has not been taken any action till to date. An early action is requested.

I, Mr. BB Tamang an Ex-Army personal despite of repeated requests and reminders no response/action has been been taken till to date to replace the juicer mixer grinder purchased from army canteen (41 sub area rhino csd canteen) and deposited at customer service centre Jorhat, Assam. It is seen that sunflame coy ltd. unable to provide quality service in the country resulting harassment to the customer ..plz govt body to take necessary action...
