My name is Suresh Babu based in Hyderabad and I have been using Sunflame Chimney from last three years. The buttons for changing the options is not working since one year and I have been contacting Sunflame service centre several times, but no response. I have made more than 50 calls and they always been lying every time. I have contacted the manager who is also irresponsible and they are not even taking my calls. The rude behaviour and lying every time has delayed using my kitchen chimney & spoiled my kitchen due to no ventilation. Now I urge you to resolve this and have compensation to me for this delay. They have started manipulating now and they are not showing my complaint number anymore.
