Sunflame Enterprises — no after sales support provided during warranty period | |||||
One of the burners of my sunflame cooktop is not working. Its been quite some time now and i am not getting any service regd this. Multiple calls were done to customer service number. Have sent countless emails called multiple times no response at all. Complaint ref number : kol[protected] My mobile number : [protected] I was asked to call a number [protected] to get a service engineer. When i called the engineer/person directly refused to provide me service. Kindly help me out. This is not expected from a brand like sunflame. While buying the product your sales team bragged about the warranty and the service but still i am awaiting service as the main burner is not functioning properly.
