[Resolved] Sunflame Enterprises — no customer service | |||||
Our sunflame chimney got repaired 3 months back. We contacted the toll free customer care no and they provided a technician no from coimbatore. We contacted the technician and said the complaint. They visited us after 10 days and said the chimney ic board got damaged and has to be replaced. We said ok and the technician went. After one week we contacted the tech to know the status. He said its in transport and once we receive the board we will come. After that we contacted several times and he said the same reason. I reported this to sunflame facebook and twitter page but they didnot respond till now. Its been 3 months they didnot even bother about their customers. Our sunflame 3b crystal gas stove break into small pieces while cooking. This gives negative impact of product as well as company. Luckily no one got injured. Need replacement of glass
