[Resolved] Sunflame Enterprises Private Limited — Motor and fan taken for service and not rec'd till now after more than a month. | |||
This is with reference to a product we bought in the month of Oct 2012 that was a sunflam Chimney from the dealer M/s KSR electronics, sec-4 Vaishali, Ghaziabad and in this regard, please note flwgs. The chimney was making noise, vibrating violently and hardly had any suction. Complain registered with Mr Sriniwas, mobile no. and the service eng came after 35 days after so many times ringing to Mr Sriniwas. The service eng checked the product and said the motor and fan are faulty and the other service eng will come and will dismentle same and will take to the service station in Faridabad for service and then same will be boxed back. After so many calls again to Mr. Sriniwas one service eng Mr. Jagdish Batti came and he was taken the motor and fan on 7th sept 2013. And till that we have not rec'd these items after ringing atleast 100 times to Mr Sriniwas and other possible contacts. Now either no one picks up phone or otherwise says that this is not the service station and wrong number. So many times we went to the dealer and asked the other numbers for the company, they have only this service station number only. Found from the net the number of sunflame all india head and told him the subject matter, he said that we are closing this particular service station with Mr. Sriniwas as found him not competent enough and that we have so many complains about him. He then asked me to take both the items back from this service station and same will be serviced by other service station. Please note that i have the receiving copy(xerox) from the service eng Mr. Bhatti that he is taking the motor and fan for the repairs. Was this information helpful? | |||
