The Regulator/Knob of one of the burner is struck and is not functioning.
I called up to CC, they did responded to my complaint first time and sent the field engineer /executive to check.
On Visit the FE said there will be part replacement and asked for tax invoice, which was not provided to us during purchase from dealer, only payment receipt was given to us.Now the dealer's shop is closed permanently and we can not get copy of tax invoice.
I explained this to the FS's and mailed CC many time asking for update, but are not not acknowledging my emails.
Its been more than 8 day's and know i want to escalate the issue to higher authority and also will raise a complaint to consumer forum govt of India. Was this information helpful? |
