[Resolved] Sunflame Enterprises — sunflame otg 66 ltr - heating issue | |||
I got a sunflame otg 66 ltr in jan 2017 in bangalore. Within a month i got thermostat issue. They replaced it promptly. After using 3 months again i faced the similar issue and get it replaced after a followup of 10days. Now in dec again same issue it's always getting heating to maximum. It's been a month we are consistently following up with service person. He says parts not available, courier not reached etc. Finally he came yday and replaced one. He checked at lower temp. Yday it was always at lower temp heating only. I baked 1 tray if cookies $o an hour... Today when i preheat it's getting heating to max temp always. Both the rods are red. It's really frustrating. Pls get it fixed asap. Product is still in warranty. Or i need a replacement of the product. I would never recommend sunflame otg to anyone. Worst experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
