Sunflame Enterprises — technician very bad service by sunflame | |||
Dear Sir, My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have raised servicing and replace of knob for my sunflame crystal four burner chula on 19 September 2019. I went to office daily at 0830 hrs.The technician Sachin S Deshpande (Mobile no [protected]) came on at 0900 hrs 23 September 2019 for same . Unfortunately he broke my Gas Chula.nozzle by doing some work. After that he told my wife that Gas is leakage so you have to repair this also. This is because o[censored]nskilled technician send by you so it happened..The language is also not good by your unskilled technician. He fought with my wife By not repairing anything he went from my house . He does not have courtesy to repair as my 09months baby is with her.. today full day they are without food and preparation as nobody is at home. Thai is very bad service from your side. Complaint to customer care number ([protected]) twice today but no positive reply from your side. (recordings is with me) Request to look into the same and compensate the same for the repair of service chula by you also the food charges from outside by my wife. Need to revert this on priority.
