[Resolved] Sunflame Enterprises — unethical behaviour and abusing customer | |||||
I bought sunflame chimmney from kota rajasthan . After that for routine service i called up kota based sunflame service center i.e kamal service care kota . From there a mechanic came and taken working chimmney for service in septemper 2017. After that it has been four months but they (service centre)have not returned my chimmney ...moreover i repeatdly calling them n asking them to give back and install my chimmney.. but i have told by them that they have lost parts from chimmney because of their fault and carelessness...now they are just making excuses everytime i call them ...the owner of service centre ie kamal rathore ..gives lame excuses and just misbehaves with me as customer..he has even abused me many time ...now it has been four months and he is not returning my chimmney back...i as customer of sunflame feeling sad with your services...neither your contact number of sunflame customer care works... now please resolve this issue else we will have to bring criminal case against company and the kamal serivce center at kota.. details of service center kamal service care shripura kota [protected], 2387751, 2385118..mob [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
