Purchased sunflame water heater in Feb2020, found issue since day 1. The first complaint took 4 months to attend the excuse provided was lock down. When attended we were told no issues but next day again the problem started. Now the 2nd season is approaching, we want this product to be taken back and refunded our money. we now donot trust this product and your service. Please suggest how can I return this product and get full refund. Product serial no MV19L002641 First complaint DLL[protected], was attended after 4 months and nothing was done.
