Sunflame — Gas stove not working | |||
I am a customer of sunflame but i'm very much tired of complaining for services from the past 9 months and still no action is being taken. I first launched a complain on 5th august, 2015 that my hobs 4b sfh64ltg sunflame(The product name as per printed on the bill) is not working properly which was purchased on 14th october, 2014 from sonar tari, the doc no. Is 15h92dt. After complaining no action is being taken and only a man comes sees the product and tells us that he has not got the part he will come the next day and fix it, but the next day never comes. Again i had called the customer care on 10th august, 2015, 14th august, 2015 & 17th august, 2015 i got the same answer that are team will visit your place solve your problem but none appeared and at last they gave me the number of mr. Arijit sengupta who is the head of the service department. We had a talk with him also regarding the issue and he told us that he's sending a man to resolve our problem but the man who came told us that he doesn't know how to fix that product and went away. But the most shocking was when i had called mr. Arijit sengupta today i.E. On 21st april, 2016 he told us that you call someone from outside to fix your product. We have faced a lot of harrassment and we need justice from consumer forum as well as from sunflame . Was this information helpful? | |||
