Hello Team, This is to provide you feedback on service and quality of your product Sun flame Sakti 3Burner gas glass top model. Newly purchased gas on 24th Dec, 2015 had problems from day 1. Issue was large burner keep pumping air (makes noise) and you cannot use it .Called service engineer Permod(in dehradun) multiple times, then finally after 10days technican visited and informed burner casting is improper and filter of some thickness, needs to be replaced. Quality of your product is not poor, but worse. Burner casting was not proper as figured out by your service engineer. Moreover, filter thickness was not accurate as it should be case of large burner; again figured out by your service engineer. Moreover, engineer also suggested me to return it to shopkeeper you purchased from. Seriously, this is what we expect from an old known brand like SUN FLAME? Eventually, after a wait of another 10days, no response from service center. Called multiple times, was informed that part is needed from faridabad which is pending. Eventually another 7days, part was arranged and replaced, but issue still exists. Its been over one month now, the state of the problem is still the same.
