I Konda Reddy Potula from Hyderabad, TELANGNA. I have purchased the Sunflame Mixer Grinder SMART on[protected], through Snapdeal.On delivery I only checked whether it is running or not and kept it aside, as it has to be taken to my native village for use there. Last week we visited our village we took it with us. When we tried to use we found the jar is slipping off when we switched it on. The problem appears to be the grooves of jar holder.
