I have purchased a 9 fin oil heater from your dealer M/S Novelty Smart Kitchen Noida the heater is not working and when I rang the service center and talked to Mr Surender Sharma he is denying that the heater is Ok pls take note as I am taking up the matter with the consumer forum.
