Sir, purchase kettle in july, 2015 from m/s soni polyplast pvt ltd bill.No-5684 after 2mths it stop working and hand over to dealer for repair /replacement, again they cheated me and said now it was repaired and work properly, but nothing was done after one day again i hand over to dealer for replacement/repair all your company staff took the matter lightly and make me a fool, the dealer response me that company is not serious about your product till date my product was lying with dealer and they try to lapse my warranty period, please look into the matter .

Respected sir,
We bought roti maker yesterday i.e 1/5/2016. But we are facing problem today only i.e 2/5/2016. So, kindly send a person for demonstration and solving problem and the service centre number of dehradun. Kindly send the person as soon as possible in dehradun.
