I am regular goer with uber to office. Today you driver has accepted ride and not come to pickup, did not cancel the trip and ignoring my call for almost 30 minutes when he drove up to 20 km always. And after long follow up he cancel trip at is this etiquette?? I have suffered for delay in meeting. How should uber can compensate
Pls reply back otherwise i will take uber to consumers court
