I sunil saini has booked the travel for goa mumbai on 3 june 2016with my pnr jmcqb.
I have some changes due to that instead me, my colleague are require to travel on same flight sector, date, time. I have made honest request air india customer [protected] spoken to mrs ishwari at their call centre for change the flyer name for given pnr number. She has replied that this can't be done, further advise me to cencel the ticket buy a new ticket. I have given my information to her that you have never ever inform me that if different passenger will board the plane, the ticket require to be cancelled.
I was advised that the name of passenger will not be change though there is still left 23 days to take the fight. I have complaint that air india never said or informed that name changes requires ticket cancellation. The changes cost shall be as per applicable rules of sector, time, date that was told. I dispute to this as name change facts were not told.
Hence, air india shall refund all the amount paid for booking my ticket and compensation of rs 5000/-
