I am regular goer with uber to office. Today you driver has accepted ride and not come to pickup, did not cancel the trip and ignoring my call for almost 30 minutes when he drove up to 20 km always. And after long follow up he cancel trip at is this etiquette?? I have suffered for delay in meeting. How should uber can compensate

I sunil saini has booked the travel for goa mumbai on 3 june 2016with my pnr jmcqb.
I have some changes due to that instead me, my colleague are require to travel on same flight sector, date, time. I have made honest request air india customer [protected] spoken to mrs ishwari at their call centre for change the flyer name for given pnr number. She has replied that this can't be done, further advise me to cencel the ticket...
