First of all they delivered the product after 7 months instead of their 12 week delivery period. We understand everyone's business getting affected because of covid, but the least they could've had done was to keep us updated and not force us to call them every few days for updates which was kind of harassment. It made us feel like they're fraud... anyhow the product was delivered and we were happy with it.
But, within 5-6 months, the table, bench, chairs everything started cracking. The major cracks were on the table where it was completely coming apart.
We asked them to send someone to fix it. They gave us 1200/- something to get the cracks fixed. We hired a carpenter who gave us a cheapest rate which was 4k to fix. He said he'll fix the cracks everywhere. There was no point delaying that cos every day the cracks were widening.
But even after that repair work the table looks defective, cos the cracks clearly shows. It's a sheer disappointment.
Now, they're saying they approved only fixing the cracks on the table and why we fixed the cracks everywhere. And it can't cost 4k, as per them the material cost was hardy 200/-. Now we can't explain why it costs 4k!!! That was the reason we'd asked them to send a carpenter in the first place, who'd know what's to be done, which they didn't.
All this is communication is happening only on emails, since the beginning of March. They're not ready to call to talk and discuss. It's was so frustrating then to track the product and now to deal with this faulty product and back and forth emails
The girl who receives the customer calls is merely a messenger. There's no point talking to her. Their manager, Sonia, she's persistent only to talk on emails. One can't keep exchanging emails for months. Just talk and fix the problem.
At this point, I just want them to replace this faulty product or take it back and refund my money. I've no patience playing emails with you.
Worst company. Worst customer service. Zero value to customers. I wonder if they use even real Sheehan. The carpenter told us the wood isn't not good
I've attached couple of pictures of the major cracks that was there on the table. It got even worse than that after this picture was shared with them. That part was literally separated... the other picture is how it looks after fixing
