Order no. 11372 for 4 chairs was placed on 24th March. Only 2 chairs were delivered on 28th May. That too some guy called me asking for my address and said it's being sent from a really far off place in my city so please tip the guy who deliveres the chairs! It's the responsibility of the Timberguy to deliver it to my doorstep, not mine! All the other companies that i've ordered from deliver it professionally to my doorstep, no questions asked!
It's close to four months now and the remaining 2 chairs have still not been delivered!! It's been a week and nobody has responsed to my email and nobody bothers answering the phone no. they've provided. Was this information helpful? |
