The order was delivered in more than double the promised time. Multiple issues with quality of the product and zero regard to any requests made while ordering.
On pointing out the issues, they just give reasons and excuses to justify everything with zero effort to genuinely understand and resolve issues.
Having ordered from them 8 years ago, I can see a marked difference in the quality and finishing.
I would not recommend buying from here considering the awful experience and the lower than average product quality.
Arrogance is ok if you have a good product but with the quality being delivered right now, not worth the pain.
