I placed Order No. #11403on 16 May 2026 for a Jodhpur Wooden Queen Size . The committed delivery timeline was one month. However, even after more than two and half months, the product has not been delivered. And the customer service guy are not responding to calls, and keep replying to the mail that they will update soon. Its been more than 2 weeks they have dumped the bed and no one cares to come for the installation even after multiple follow ups. This is really frustrating. I highly recommend to not buy from them ever. There is another company ebansal, from whom i bought similar bed and same day, they not only delieverd within 2 weeks, they got it installed immediately after delivery. DONOT buy from Timber guy.
