Pathetic company, pathetic people, pathetic product. I am regretting what led me to make purchase from these ### guys.
They will keep postponing deliveries, take 5 months to deliver your goods, everytime citing a very comfortable reason of covid. Never reply to emails until you make repeated phone calls to remind them. No way to reach to a dumb CUSTOMER service agent who has absolutely no authority and no intent to resolve YOUR QUERies.
Assembly bluntly denied and then pointed to some unreasonable, unfair and random page on their website to reimburse 400/- for installation. Which carpenter will do installation in Rs. 400/-?
They claim sheesham wood furniture. It's very clear that whatever parts are clearly visible are only made of sheesham wood and almost 70% of the stuff is ordinary wood. Absolute cheaters. The only reason these guys are running their shop is because of online shoppers like us, and they have zero humility to respect their CUSTOMERs from which they are earning their bread.
Every GENUINE concern you raise, they will point you to some random and unreasonable terms page in their website without even showing even a 1% intent to understand CUSTOMER pain and zero intent to solve that.
Companies like these should have been shut down ages ago. I am sure with this level of service, product and zero CUSTOMER empathy, that will happen soon.

As we check, due to covid on its peak the working was affected.
The assembly team were also not available in covid times as the staff have returned to their hometown for safety reason.
In order to overcome this situation, we have reimbursed 400 INR for table legs installation, which was very easy as we have also send the required tool with the goods. The amount provided is already mentioned on our website and hence paid accordingly, we have seen such job been done in the past around that amount.
