We enrolled for the sun star club membership for 20 years this january 2017, from ahmedabad gujarat under the premises that a yearly holiday can be booked anywhere in india in the listed hotels as given in the brochure then provided, and just incase the facilities are not availed the offer will be carried forward onto the following year.

An amount of inr 1, 96, 000 had been paid vide cheque to goodluck hotels pvt. Ltd. ; issued on the 11th of jan 2017. We were also provided with an agreement on stamp paper along with membership cards for myself and my daughter.

However as we have tried contacting the office in ahmedabad, there has been no response from the party. Upon checking the online reviews - it is inferred that the offices are no longer functional and the owners are absconding.

We demand a refund from the promoters for this sort of mismanagement and illegitimate schemes.

I have got call and we had meeting at welcome hotel dwarka whare they offered a deal and I paid 1.2 lakh for a membership

But then after either the provided number in membership is not valid or not picked up
The guy name Tapas who was the interface for me for any help is even not responding
This give me a feeling of complete fraud
Plz let me know the next action
I am thinking about to lodge a police complaint as all the transactions and paper are with me and is an hard core earned money invested

The Goodluck Hotels Co entered into an agreement on 7/1/2017 for Membership of the Sunstar Club. However, it is learnt from Media that the Co Promotors are absconding and people are looking for them for getting their money back, the proomoters are in Police Custody.

Kindly do the needful to get my money back for the amount of Rs 1, 65, 000/-.

I want to use my membership in sunstar club but it seems to have cheated us and are running away hiding.
No one picks up calls, all numbers are said to be unavailable and the most important thing is that even their nonsense office is closed from over the month.
Also their so-called created fakers website "sunstarclub.in" is not working at all. Neither are any of customer care services too.
So dear sunstar club either return our invested money back or fulfill the requirements...

Representative of this club, mr. Kuldeepak sharma, designated as manager and consultant mr. Shahrukh called me and my spouse at hotel bella vista in panchkula (Haryana) for a meeting on 10th mar 2017, about holidays package on behalf of sunstar club and they convinced me to be a member of this club for five years by paying rs. 50, 000 /- and have offered me a membership from 10 mar 2017 to 10 mar 2022 for which i have paid rs. 46, 000 from debit card and rs. 4000 as cash for the said transaction.

Mr. Sharma has promised that you would be getting a membership card alongwith benefit details within a month, as they have briefed us to convince and get the membership signed on that day.

Since i didn't received any receipt / membership card or any other documents from their end. Though i have called them on the number provided on brochure but all efforts ended into vain as the contact numbers provided are seems to be fake.

Coincidentally the same team have approached us few days back on another number and called us on behalf of world travel arc at james plaza hotel in sector 17, chandigarh.
When i made a query from them that you were working earlier for sunstar club and now you are here for world travel arc then he just fumbled and and they started ignoring us by saying that first company has stopped business and now we are working for this company.

I am sure these are the people keep on changing the name of company and cheat the innocent people like me.

I request your honour to kindly to get my money refunded as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged for your act of this great kindness.

My parents went to Hyatt, Ahmedabad after seeing an add in newspaper about a presentation. They promised to give 12 nights for 1 lakh 20 000 with hotels they have tied up with for 20 years. If we don't use that we get the refund, 2000 per night. They gave us receipts and membership card after a lot of insisting. We had spent 4 days at a resort in November but after that they don't recieve any calls, their office is closed and lot of people have filed complaint against them and I would like to get my refund soon. Now there website is also not seen. They can run away or they might have already run away so I want to get my refund fast.

Sunstar the club - big fraud - not providing services - need full refund of money on 06-Feb 2017 i received a call from sunstar the club for free dinner at itc welcome hotel dwarka delhi. I reached their with my wife, their executive mohit porwal and his manager sudhir barnwal gave presentation. Facilities promised - 20 year club membership - 240 nights in 5 star hotel across india, uae membership, refund in case of not using the service. I paid amount rs 60000 by credit card on the spot.

Due to busy schedule i could not check in at hotels but requested by email for rs 4000 p. M. For not availing the holidays. Twice got the cheque but now since february 2017 no response to email or phone calls. Visited their office two days before but the name has changed and property sold out at venus atlantis 4th floor no. 406. I want my money back. Please help me to get my full money back. This is purely a fraud and cheating company. My membership is in the name of dhruti rakesh parekh with diamond membership.

Sunstar the club is totally fake. They had called up and one day sales person visited at our place. They convinced us to be the member of the club saying they will provide us 12 nights every year for 20 years. They have tie ups with major 5 star properties and hence we visited j w marriot mumbai in regards to this. They promised a stay whenever we request, but i m really disappointed as i have been trying to book a stay since past 3 to 4 months but unable to do so. They r neither responding on mails nor on calls, its purely a fraud company. I am using this medium so that they don't cheat other people. I am highly disappointed and somehow will manage to get my money back.

I has registered with Sunstar Club after giving Rs. 15000/- (fifteen thousand only) on[protected]. However, I tried to contact them on their mobile no. for booking hotel. But they are not lifting the my call. Also their site is not active. Following were the no. to whom I had called and they are not lifting my call

I am Jaimin Shah I have taken a membership from Sunstar Club having promised that club will be started in 2 years and also giving you 2000/- monthly payment if i do not use the monthly free hotel accommodation, I have been given an agreement where only our defaults are mentioned and no where mentioned that if they are not able to construct the club than what are the refund amount or other consequences and many more conditions that i have suggested to put in agreement. But they did not done and when i go for cancellation of my membership they have told that sir is not available and somehow delay the procedures and yesterday i have been visited their office then i came to know that the office is closed and they have made big cheating with the general public who has put faith in him. so i want my money back along with the committed Rs. 2000/- compensation per month

I have made payment of rs.38000 for sunstar club gold membership (In name of my wife shilpa a shah) which is a club of goodluck hotels pvt ltd on dt.23/3/2017 as full payment vide receipt no. 4955 as per their executive ms. Devangi mathukiya and sameer mansuri presentation to us in hotel pride ahmedabad. This payment made by my credit card standard chartered card (Rs.10000) and icici bank card (Rs.28000). After payment they told me that within 15-20 days we receive our welcome letter and membership card. I have waited for 25 days but not received and any welcome letter or any membership card. I had called ms. Devanshi the no. ([protected]) she had given me is wrong number then i called sameer mansuri ([protected]) but he is not receive my call. Then i called sunstar office no. ([protected],[protected] given in the receipt but that is also disconnected. I visited their office address given in receipt then understand that they have already closed office. So now i feel this is a cheating case with me. Please consider my case and i want to proceed legal in consumer court against this company for cheating case and get refund of my payment with interest.

I reached their with my wife alisha ahuja, their executive mohit porwal and his manager sudhir barnwal gave presentation. Facilities promised - 20 year club membership - 240nights in 5 star hotel across india, dae membership, refund in case of not using the service. I paid amount rs105000 by credit card - rs25000 on the spot and by cheque rs80000 next day. This company is a big fraud as they blocked my no. And emails send on their offical id is bouncing back with delivery failure message. No employee is attending my calls. Full refund of money paid (Rs105000) is required.

I have also got a call from sunstar co. For dinner in bella vista panchkula on 14th march 2017. I also took membership for 120000 rs. Now office has been shut down within one month. Given no. S are not existing. This was my hard earned money. It's a big fraud done by sunstar club. I never got any welcome call nor the kit. Things were really suspicious from the first day i think all the members should collectively do something.

I had purchased a plot in Good Luck Villas 2 of "Saturn Infracon pvt. ltd.", then "Saturn Infraspace Ltd." and now it is "Sunstar Club". It's owner is Raman Kapoor. My plot no. C-45 and I had purchased this plot in 2012 with 1 year cash payment option.The plot is situated at ghyamshyampar, near bagodara. I paid all the instalments totalling Rs. 3, 35, 000 and they issued a share certificate in my name. when i asked for document registration in my name, they said that NA and NoC is in process, when it will come, the process of document registration will start. Further, they said the scheme is of five years so when five year will be completed, the process document registration and development in the plot will start. Now i came to know they are cheating because i contacted on numbers they provided, they simply say it is wrong number. Now I want my total money refund. Please help me to solve this case.

Sunstar club started a scheme with hotel accommodation in itc hotels. The board members are kapildev cricketer, govinda, actor. I paid more than one lakh for membership in delhi. Now the phone numbers are not reachable. It seems big fraud. I have the letters sent by the club. Address is good luck hotels ltd, 406, venus atlantis, prahladnagar, ahmedabad.

I got call from sunstar club to have meeting in pride, ahmedabad.in meeting they demonstrated about new club and option of hotel stay 12 nights every year for 20 years. I had some doubt so they gave option to pay rs. 20, 000 and get experience of one property for 2 night. But right now i am not able to more countiue i want refund my money please suggest me they are refuse to refund tell me take some vacation plan and enjoy. Please advice my

I took a membership of Sunstar club on Jan 14, 2017. I was invited in ITC Wecome Hotel Delhi for the membership plan meeting. The persons involved at that time were Mohit Porwal (first point of contact), Pawan Kumar, Mr. Sudhir Barnawal and Tapas Saha both AGM-Delhi for Sunstar Club. Till now i have only received the membership card bearing number[protected]. No one of the contact persons who were involved in the process of my membership registration is traceable. Contact numbers of the above persons were - Mohit Porwal : [protected], Pawan Kumar : [protected], Sudhir Barnawal- [protected] and Tapas Saha- [protected]. None of the phone numbers of the company are now reachable and are temporarily out of service all the time. The toll free number given on the website is never attended by anyone. I have put in my hard earned money in this scheme and now i feel i have been cheated by them. I have paid INR 111, 000 for the membership. All the payment was made through banking channels. Proof of which can be submitted as and when required. Please helpc

We received a call on 4th of february, 2017 inviting me in hotel welcome itc dwarka, new delhi.
There their executives mr sudhir kumar baranval and mr abhishek kumar baranval convinced us to sign an agreement with club sunstar. We made a payment of rs 48, 000/- we were told that the membership card and copy of the agreement will be sent by post.

Now, it's been three months since we have signed the agreement with them i. E. On 4th day of february, 2017. We have not received any membership card yet. All we got was a mail in the name of welcome letter in which they mentioned a so called membership number i. E.[protected].
When we tried to contact them regarding this letter but their team didn't bother to revert. We have tried to talk to their executives mr. Sudhir kumar baranwal and mr. Abhishek kumar baranval, but none of them respond to our phone calls.
We have also tried the toll free customer care number provided by them but no one responds there as well.
