I joined club in around Feb'16 where they offered 12 five star hotel booking for 20years. I signed up for it with an amount of 50K. I even did a booking once in July'16. But now I am unable to reach them. I have tried all the numbers I had, even checked with Pride hotel where I was invited for this offer. No response from anywhere. I need my hard earned money to be refunded.
Can this forum help me in this? I am in real need of money right now.

Like all other complainants I also received a call for free dinner with a meeting where I took the membership of the club and paid the entire amount of Rs 115000 through CR Card. But they were not able to provide any accommodation to me 3 times I tired within 2 months of taking the membership. Even I have not received the welcome kit. But I have the receipt of payment and other papers they had given while making the payment. I have also mailed them several times for the cancellation of the membership and refund but didn't receive any reply as yet. And all the contact nos are out of service now. Pls guide me what shall I do and where can I make a formal complaint and get my refund

Hi, I have also got call from Hotel Pride, Ahmedabad for membership of club. I went there and basis discussions I agreed for membership. So I became member since 13th Feb'2017 and made part payment Rs 30, 000 /- to Mr. Rahul Gupta.
Next Day dt. 14th Feb'2017 i have dout and i have check on google regarding the company status of sunstar club and i have found this group is totaly fraud and suddenly same time i requested by phone & mail for cancelation of membership.
Mr. Rahul gupta & sunstar club membership manager is agree to pay my refund within one month as mention in return email.

I am still following up with them for my refund but no revert.

please lookinto the matter and refund my money.

We got a call from one person name Abhishek. He told us that he is calling from welcome hotel in Delhi and you will get a free dinner. We went and they showed a golden view that if you become a member of sun star club you will get 36 nights free in a year in any hotels they are having a tie up. The person named Abhishek also told that if we are not using these nights then we will get interest on the principal amount and you will be getting the agreement in two days. But almost one month has passed away we didn't got any of the agreement nor any membership number. This person Abhishek is a fraud and he is not picking up his phone. His number is [protected] . I even called Welcome they told us that these persons were using their name and there is no such tie up with our hotel. I want my money back from this company and the members are fraud and the owner Raman kapoor is also a fraud and the director of the company is bollywood actor Govinda and above all the cricketer kapil dev is also holding some of the higher authority. These things were told by them. So we thought that may be it is good opportunity and like this they cheated so many people. Even welcome hotel has also reported fir against them. I want my money back plus the interest rate also i.e 2 percent which was told by them.

I was called by the Sun star Club employee Mr. Shahrukh Ansari for a discussion followed by compliment dinner in Hotel Bella Vista, Panchkula. This guy was amazing in selling things but intention was disgusting. He never say truth stories. Also he introduced to his manager (Mr. Dinesh Kumar) and his Sr. Manager (Mr. Amit). Both of them were simply liars. They cheat people with big commitments. When we came to know about the fraud cases we asked them to refund us the booking amount. As per all of them (Shahrukh, Dinesh & Amit) company takes time i.e. a month from raising the refund complaint over email. That one month never came till date and my money Rs. 15000/- INR was in their stomach, which they swallowed by cheating. As on today, no phone numbers are working, even the Hotel Bella Vista guys are not responding. Interestingly, I doubt that the Hotel guys are also involved in this and every body had played their part very well in fooling people. Hence request guys, please do not believe in them - they look innocent, talk very sweet, take you to the top of tree (chaney ki jhadd pe), treat you like family member and BACK STAB, which even the enemy will not do. Very poisonous guys. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS & TRY IF WE CAN ERADICATE SUCH PEOPLE (who fools guys to fill their pockets).

I took a membership of Sunstar club on September, 2016. I was invited in ITC Wecome Hotel Delhi for the membership plan meeting. Till now i have only received the membership card bearing number[protected]. No one of the contact persons who were involved in the process of my membership registration is traceable. None of the phone numbers of the company are now reachable and are temporarily out of service all the time. The toll free number given on the website is also not reachable. I have put in my hard earned money in this scheme and now i feel i have been cheated by them. I have paid INR 135, 000 for the membership. All the payment was made through banking channels. Proof of which can be submitted as and when required. Please help

I deposited Rs. 10000/- vide receipt no 1073 dated 6th march, 2017 through Debit Card at Hotel Ballevista, Sector 5, Panchkula as a part payment for membership fee of Sunstar Club after discussion with sales executive Mr. Rupam Sood & Branch Mgr. Mr. Amit Koushik, but after 3-4 days I found the mail id & contact nos given for Head office at Ahmedabad not responding. I discussed the matter with the above executives but not got any satisfaction answer and I asked for refund but after so many reminders mails/ whattsapp messages not got refund till date., It seems the company is fraud company and its aim to collect money without providing any service to them. Legal action to be taken to stop cheating people.

Dear sir i got a call from hotel Enfield marriot gomati nagar lucknow to attand the dinner with family on 26 jan 17 on occasion of republic day. I gone where i met Mr Vinod Mishra & Mr. Ritesh Chandra of sun star club offering club membership.After discussion they offeted a packege with the condition that you need to pay half of payment of the deal right now.i do the same by paying him 52500 through my credit card.
After paying i keep on talking to exceutive for one month & they keep on ensuring the services.after that every body left the organization & they have given the no.Mr.Bhalla to keep in touch but he is not picking the phone.
So i kindly requesting to you to lodge a complain againest this company & help me out to get back my hard earned money.Thanks

I was invited for couple dinner at hotel crystal priceline, surat on 16th december 2016. Their we were attanded by mr. Shaikh soheel nand his manager mr. Vivek singh. They both explained well about company nd its benefit but as lifetime membership was too high we rejected their offer but than they made pressure that atleast buy for two years and if you like than you pay balance amount. So e said ok and said will pay the amount tomorrow but they insisted to pay today and soheel came to our house and collected cheque of rs. 13000 and rs.5000 we paid through credit card. They assured me that he will do this in 12 monthly instalment but all was fake. They didnt give booking also and now they r not recieving phone calls

My name is yogita tyagi, i am give membership for sunstar the club in welcome hotel dwarka and give 20000/- rupee by credit card on date 4 february 2017. Sunstar the club give receipt for same amount own letter head and promise all documents we'll be send in my home address in 15 days. But this club don't send any documents in my address. All contacts are not reachable. Delhi office has been closed same address is 518/518-a 5th floor, somdutt chamber 2, bhikaji cama place, new delhi. I don't know this club is fraud. 3 people Anil Govindbhai patel, Raman Vijaykumar Kapoor and Seema Patel are directors from May 2016. They have targeted right now 60 crores till March 2016. Raman Kapoor was previously working with Mahindra Holidays for 9 years as per his interview on Youtube (remixed with fake background) addressing to his employees. Mail IDs are provided on website are not available, contact now are switched off. He is living lavish lifestyle in Ahmedabad hope so Make to get that person to get money back

This company is not responding on mobile or customercareno.s.We have paid the amount for booking hotel room for 10days every year around the world but now most of the mobiles of higher authority are switched off and those are on are not picking their phone incudingcustomercare no.How to resolve back the money and get rid of this problem .We don't need any such membership now.

I take sunstar club (good luck hotel) membership in last October. As they committed either you can use hotel staying in their recognised​ hotel or they'll pay 2000 rs as a rent back. Also they will give Sony Bravia TV. After continuous follow up for more than 100 times they give 3 months rent back cheques. But then after their all phone lines​ out of order. Also not giving respond on mails. Also they commit they'll make sun star club at sanathal cross road in Ahmedabad but don't know upto what extend that is right. They never call back to close any queries but before one month I received one call from +[protected] number to say that your all issues will resolve shortly but after that this number also out of order. No complaints resolve. I also like to mention that in their advertising they shows Kapil Dev (cricketer) and Govinda (actor) are in their advisory board. If yes both are miss guide to common people. I request to all who are looking for this membership that do not waste your money in sun star club. Better to plan one big trip with your family by that big amount. In photo I am attaching the person's photo who give me this membership and he told that this is the place where their club will build with 7 star facilities.

I have taken membership with Sunstar Club at an event held in Gurgaon by Paying 63k by card in early March 2017. After rigorous follow up with Afroz Alam who sold this product to us we haven't received any documents. Infact his number is also showing switched off since a week. Company numbers are either switched off or not working. What to do not sure. This company is totally fraud.

Later I Try many time but i not got proper response. every time workers said your membership is in process, Your card dispatched from Head Office u will got soon etc.

Npw today i heard that this company made a fraud. they make fool to many peoples and collect amount from them like from me.

so pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.

We got a call from sunstar club they invited us at four point hotel in vadodara they made many promises of bookings for 20 yrs nd gv this offer for 1, 30, 000/-
we made payment of 15000 by credit card after other amout thy told that they will made by emi
but now company nos are also not working & all the nos provided are not working what can we do for this please guide us for the same

I had cancelled my membership of sun star club as their sales representative Mr.Ravi Ahir not fulfilled his commitment which he was explained me. But yet they are not refunding my money. My amount is Rs.1, 28, 000/- He repeatedly told me we will refund your money within 5days but yet not refunding. Now anyone from club even not receive any phone calls. Sun star club is fake club and cheat to many people daily. They met in sharatone group four square hotel vadodara in 8th Nov 2016. I cancelled my membership immediately in few days but they are not returning my money back.
Nobody pick my calls so how can I take further step? Pls help me

I took the membership of Sunstar Club in Gurgaon (through Mr. Tapas Shah, Afroz & Premdeep) by paying Rs. 1.08 lacs. Thereafter i booked 2 night stay for Mumbai. After rigorous follow-up they sent me the booking confirmation voucher for Hotel T24 residency in Mumbai. we stayed there for 2 night and while check-out i got to know that Sunstar club had not paid the money and i have to settle the bill. I called Tapas (MRD) and Seema (Reservation manger) and they said this is due to an error by there accounts department and if i settle the bill they will reimburse me within 48 hours. Based on there promised i paid the hotel bill and since then its been more than 2 months now i didn't get my money back. Now, no one in the club is picking up the phone and the mail has also got bounced back as the ID is not Valid. Looks like they all have ran away taking my money.
