I had take this membership on 29/11/2016 and I had made 2 payments of 25, 000 and 50, 000 by Credit card Balance has to be made approx. Rs 75000. But due to poor response we are afraid to make the payment and rely on your authenticity.

We were also trying to make reservation but it cannot be done. and also not give the response of the mail. so plz give me my money refund.

We have also tried to reach customer care including toll-free, but all lines are closed so what we do someone help me like that type same problem

    I buy sunstar club ahmedabad's membership and holiday packages at Rs. 100000. As per my agriment with compny given me club membership and 12 holiday night per year in five star hotel. And also give me offer if I don't use night, compny give me Rs.2000 per night money back. But till I want to book holiday night but no response from the company. And all contact no are no received call. So I want my money back please help me.

      My member ship no. is _____

      I have become a member of the club in December 2016.

      I have been issued a confirmation of request for booking at J W Marriot, Mumbai for 24th to 26th March 2017. I have been following up with the company to issue a voucher for the booking but there is no response. My EMI payments are up to date.

      I am attaching herewith the confirmation of request letter issued by the company. The company does not answer calls and if by chance the call is answered they are giving vague reasons and just biding time. I am calling the helpline nos but the same are unanswered and non operational.

      I called up the J W Marriot Hotel with the attached company confirmation in hand but the Hotel reservation people replied that the company has not booked any room with them.

      The Mumbai office has also been shut down but still being shown on the website. I have heard that the Ahmedabad office has also shut down.

      Please take action against

      Please log a police complain against him.
      Raman Kapoor has also cheated me in Good Luck Villas 2 plots. I had paid Rs. 3, 35, 000 full amount towards plot. I want my money refund. Please help me to sort out this case.

        About three months back I got a promotion call from Sunstar the club about their offer and after meeting I have taken their membership for 20 yrs and paid amount of 1 lakh 35 thousand and they promised to give me agreement and cards in 15 days now it is 3 months and I have got nothing from their side. Pune office is closed nobody picking phone in their compony. even in their Ahmedabad office no one picking call neither I m gtg any reservation.
        pls help me to recover my money.

          Sunstar Club offered me membership with all the trappings of a class holiday club like Mahindra at dirt cheap prices. I took it up. But, within a month the sales team as well as those at the headquarter are not answering the call. Their phones are switched off. Even the helpline number is not responding. Its on auto-answering machine. Name and phone numbers of people involved in Delhi are - Sunandji Jha - [protected], [protected], Sudhir Barnwal - [protected] and Tapas Saha - [protected]. Their helpline number is -[protected]. Could somebody help?

            We had entered into the membership during the offer period which included a LED by sony bravia which has still not been recd.

            The local jaipur office has been closed. The executive Mr. Pranay is not answering to the calls.

            We had made 2 payments of 20, 000 by cheque and 70, 000 by NEFT. Balance has to be made approx. Rs 69000. But due to poor response we are afraid to make the payment and rely on your authenticity.

            We were also trying to make reservation but it cannot be done.

            We have also tried to reach customer care including toll-free but no response has been given except "Thank You for calling Sunstar".

            We need the refund or else we shall take legal action

              I am middle class family and i am also cheated by sunstar club i spend my 30, 000 inr which is my 2 month salary and now they ask me to pay me full payment in 1 time 1, 36, 000 which is really not possible for me when i ask to cancel my contract so they told we are not cancel it and they talk with me so rudly. I am poor person and that's the reason they cheat me easily because we middle class person think from heart not mind... : (

              I really need those 30, 000 inr so i can spend it for my home installment who can help me please call me - [protected]. If anyone is here for how i can cancel the contract and get my fund so its really big blessing for me and my family.

              Also in booklet there are big celebrity who are director and ceo in sunstart there names are govida, kapil dev, ravi kishan etc.. So if there any chance to talk with them so please let me know i am also ready to call them about this issues... Please help me sir

                Sun starclub invite us at hotel shreton four point at vadodara on dated 15/3/07 and explained about holiday and hotels which valued about Rs. 1, 25000 member ship for 10 yrs. after negotiation the agreed on to rs. 1, 00, 000/- I have paid 10, 000 cash and 40, 000 cheque, on the same days in the name of goodluck hotel ltd, their corporate office at 406 venus atlantis, prahladnagar, ahmedabad and rest of 5, 0000/= on or before 31st march, then after the did not bother to contact us, we tried with their given telephone no. but none of them is responding, while we had gone to their office at vadodara address there was nothing as such i think we had been cheated

                  Iam from bangalore. The sunstar people called us for free dinner in lemon tree hotel bangalore. Seeing their offer and all the famous people like a bollywiod actor govinda, cricketer kapil dev associated with the company. I registered by paying 25, 000 to jaysheel whose was the manager. Nor did i receive the membership card and when i sent an email for cancellations to their accounts department, no reply from them. Their contact numbers are either switched off. I tried contacting jorjan thomas, who is supposed to be the incharge, his mobile is switched off. They closed the bangalore office and have not paid the salaries to the staff as well. I want them to pay my hard earned money back. They cannot escape taking our money. This issue needs to ha handeled asap.

                    I have paid the full payment by credit card for joining the sunstar club at the time of meeting with mr.Arun gupta and Mr. faizal at hotel pride, ahmedabad.
                    After 15 days till today I have not received the document and membarship no.
                    Mr.Arun gupta is not receiving the phone also.
                    Mr. faizal say that I will come day after tommorrow, but still I am waiting, he is fail to send me the documents.
                    They took my 56k and are not picking up the phone ..all bloody fraudsters
                    I had very bad experience with Sun Star the club. I visited on 14/02/2017 at hotel pride Ahmadabad. and I paid Rs 20000/-. and two days after I going to cancel they are not response. and not pick up the phone. it is fraud company and government and police department take necessary step to control this type of company.

                      I got a call from Sunstar Club to visit Welcome Hotel, Dwarka, New Delhi. The presentation seems good so we paid full amount via credit card.They promised to share the legal documents but no response for 2 months.

                      When we visited their office get to know they have closed their okhla office.

                      Along with Delhi, Ahmedabad in many other cities they have done this fraud.

                      Also after this many people have filed police complaint & a case is also registered in Anand Nagar Police Station, Ahmedabad.

                      Please help to get my hard earned money back.

                        Hi,

                        I was called at pind balluchi in Greater Kailash in New Delhi and was offered membership for 5 years and I paid a sum of Rs.10000 by credit card and was given a receipt by Sunstar Club on 9th March 2017.

                        I am still waiting for the membership kit and documents which was promised me to get within 15 days. I met Mr. Sudhir who offered me this membership and sold to me.

                        No one is answering the phone or replying for the same. I am cheated and many others are getting cheated from this fraud company. I tried calling

                        Tried calling customer care number, but still no answer.

                          I took this membership in november and i paid 20000 by credit card and i ask them for booking but they were not provide booking and then i decided to cancelled this membership . i tried so many time regarding same but they r not replying properly . i visited office also but office is close now and i tried so many time on customer service no but it is also stop . i think this is fraud company and we have to fight legally. my contac no is [protected].
                          It seems the company is fooling people by giving promises and not responding once you take membership and pay the fee. club employee not responding to the calls. people need to be aware that these type of people fool by giving exploded promises.

                            I have purchased the sunstar membership on 22nd of Jan 2017, although i have received an email stating my member ship number and the card. I have not got any responses for reservations.
                            Every time I call the helpline or the executives, nobody receives the calls, all the calls are going either as out of coverage or not being received.
                            I even went to the pune office location, however I have found the office locked. Kindly assist what can be done to get back the amount paid. I have already paid them 1, 42000

                              I joined sunstar club at ITC welcome hotel, dwarka, new delhi on 04 February 2017 and made full payment of membership throught POS machine and got the receipt on which Good Luck Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is printed. I do not get my membership card and any document till date even. Their national head and state head refuse to pick my calls even the person from which I took this membership. When ever I visit to their Delhi office F-90/33, Okhla Phase - I, New Delhi, it will remain close every time. It seems its a fraud company I paid 1.20L for red card membership.
                              Event their customer care didn't connected to customers. When I placed a booking for lansdowne, uttrakhand they mail me of refusing my booking because of no tie up with hotels.
                              Even when i cross-checked with the hotel list whom which they tie up they refuse and they clearly said that company is totally fraud their is no such tieups with this sunstar clubs.
                              I want my money back. Pls help me.

                                Recieved a call from Sunstar club for a confrence + dinner, They offered membership for their time share properties acroos india and DAE membership RS 149000, but i have them only 74500 fro 5 years . The executive general manager Mr Tapas saha promised that i would be recieving the membership kit within 30 days . I duly wwaited for them to respond . But surprisingly like all other complaints on this forum they also did not bother to reply back .

                                Once recieved a call from mr Tapas but he too gave false promises of getting the documents dispatched . I visited their office in delhi but sadly that too was closed .

                                I am certainly going ask for my money back, if not given then a proper court case is awaiting them .

                                  I have paid the membership fee in full and was trying to book holiday for the first time. Initially, I got response and they took all the detail required. Later, all my emails to their official mail id started bouncing back as undelivered! I tried calling them on the number they have mentioned but there also I only got automated response and when I choose to talk to a representative, It disconnects. I have tried as much as 20 times last week. Now number does not even get connected!!!

                                  I am on the verge of taking this up with consumer court but thought of checking with online forums if other members are facing similar issues too. Its so frustrating. Look like I have been cheated with my money. :(

                                    This is regarding my SunStar Gold membership which I had discussed and agreed with Mr. Ashish Jha ([protected]) along with Ms.Urmee Shah([protected]) and Mrs. Nirali on 26th February 2017 at ITC GRAND CENTRAL Hotel, MUMBAI.

                                    After the offers presented by Ashish on behalf of SunStar Club, we decided to go for the gold membership by paying Rs. 5, 000/- in CASH then and there only.
                                    On 27th February 2017, Ashish visited my residence around late night 9:30 PM to complete the paperwork(Aadhar Card copies and Photos) and collect pending amount of
                                    Rs. 1, 20, 000/- (Card Swipe done in name of GoodLuck Hotels Pvt. Ltd - Axis Bank Account).

                                    Coming to the point now, Its been 10 working days now and I have not received any agreement copy or membership card.
                                    I have been doing many follow-ups with Ashish and also spoke with Swati on this. I had no option but just to wait and trust them.

                                    However Today on Follow-up call, I got to know from Ashish and Urmee that Ashish is no more with the SunStar Organisation and most of the Mumbai SunStar employees are waiting for their pending Salaries from SunStar.

                                    I was given full assurance by Ashish that my money is in safe hands. However I do not feel same now. Now no one is picking the phone calls on the nos. provided. Even the inquiry lines are going unanswered with IVR to call between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

                                    I also see many similar greviances about the same on online forums.

                                    Looking at this situation, I do not wish to continue my SunStar membership anymore.
                                    I want my entire money of Rs. 1, 25, 000/- to be refunded.

                                    Kindly arrange to refund my amount at the earliest.

                                      Sunstar club invited my entire family over dinner in Bristol hotel and started selling their hotel package for 20 years n other benefits like extra 7 nights every year just for you, special discount just for you. The offer is only valid for today. And we fell for it on 23rd Feb 2017. They charged my credit card for 110000 and gave me a receipt and said the membership documents will come in 25 days. Everyday I am calling them. No one answers the service numbers. The guy who invited us said he has left the job. I dont even want to chance this anymore.

                                      I would like the consumer forum to action this and help me get my hard earned money back from these FRAUDS.

                                        My name is Anfa Aziz (w/o Zaed Khan), I am writing on behalf of my husband. I had received a call from your Sunstar club on 21st Jan 2017 from Mr Mohsin ( Cell no [protected]) we were invited for a dinner at Jw Mariott and were told that there would be a presentation about your holiday packages

                                        We met Ms Saba ( Cell no [protected] & [protected]), Ashish and Mr Nishant who was the head of operations ( Cell no [protected]) your representative, they convinced us to take the package and asked us to pay at-least Rs 20 k for a package of 1.4 Lacs, they asked us to pay the remaining in monthly installments. We paid Rs 20 k by Card and were told that Saba would come and collect the remaining amount via ck which would be dated on monthly basis the other day itself.We were also promised that once the package taken Saba would be our one point of contact ans would always be available on phone for the service.

                                        On 22nd Jan 2017, We dint receive any call from Saba, we also tried calling on her number but it was not available this made us suspicious, post which we browsed about your company on google and have found many negative reviews on consumer forum along where customer has been given same promises at the time of taking the package which was not fulfilled. This made me and my husband more suspicious and we decided not to continue with your services .

                                        on 23rd Jan 2017, I again tried calling up Saba but no response from her failing which i called up Mr Nishant your head of operations, he then promised me a call back from Saba, after that Saba called me up and i asked her to cancel this deal and refund my money back .She denied us with the refund and directly asked me to speak to Mr Nishant. Post this i shared my grievance with Mr Nishant, he then gave me Ms Swati's no [protected] for refund procedure.Ms Swati tried convincing me to continue with the package for which i denied and requested her to proceed with refund, she had promised me with the refund . I have been following up with her from past 1 week on wards but there is no response on the same and she states she is yet to receive a response from your Ahemdabad team

                                        On 27th Jan after following up with her for several times she has the audacity to tell me that please mark an email for record purpose so that the refund can be done on faster basis.This could have been conveyed to me the very 1st day. She told me she would provide the email iid's for the complain purpose but have not yet received the same.

                                        Its 7th Feb today and i have still not received any response from your team, infact on 1st feb we receive a welcome letter...and this is for whattttttt when we have asked you to cancel the services.

                                        on 10th feb i get an email from Sunstar cub stating since we have crossed the grace periods of 10 days we are not eligible for a refund instead they wuld offer me a holiday package... i mean look at the audacity of the company when we have requested for the cancellation the very next day i get such an atrocious mail from them

                                        On 22nd Feb i again Call up Swati from sunstar club and inform her about the mail received from her company where in she had promised me a refund and she agreed that due to her improper follow up there has been a delay.

                                        On 1st March, i even agreed if in case you cannot refund the amount request you to please provide the holiday package for minimum a week, post this there has been no response on calls and email and Swati's number is also unavailable

                                        Request you to please give us our money back asap, i am 9 months pregnant and i cannot go with this hassle at this stage of my life
