On 29th they called me many time to come to hotel pride, ahmadabad after reaching there they explain me there plan of 20 yr club membership 12n/12d yearly package in 1.80 lakh and after 20 yr they refund me my principal amount, so after listening there whole plan i am interested but as i am middle class person i have not 1.8 lakh at a time, they suggested me to pay in installment and in one installment i swipe rs. 30, 000 through credit card, but on second day i make a mind to cancel membership and i go to there office and requested them to cancel my membership, they assured me that after 30 day your am out will be refunded, but after several follow up they still not refunded my money, so please help me to recover my money as am in urgent need of money.

Before becoming members I was told that if I will get 10 day grace period from the date of receiving agreement and if I am not satisfied with membership after reading agreement then I will get full refund. But now after receiving full payment they refusing to pay any amount. They also gives many false information regarding membership. I request you for help

Sunstar club offered 13 days stay in 5 star hotels at various locations in India. To avail this facility they told to pay 170000 to become member. I paid money in Jan 17. I tried to book hotel three times since Feb 17. But when I asked them to book they told rooms are full where as when enquiry done with hotel it's available in there. I have at least 10 mobile numbers and customer care no to do enquiry but they are not replying now days. I have few voice recording of phone calls with me.

I want my money back which I paid for membership

We had given Rs.135000/- by cheque on Dt.07/01/2017. after given cheque not provide any service from company and nobody reply on phone and email from Sunstar Club.we are doing so many calls and emails but there is no reply from Sunstar Club or their promoter or officers. We try to contact its Rajkot office there is no person in its office. we make a call on his call centre numbers[protected] there is no reply about our compaint.

I became member of sunstar club in nov 2016... Five star properties which they have tie ups are not correct... They have not given me sony bravia led tv till date & even not refunding money... I visited their ahmedabad office three to four times... Staff is changing frequently... This people cheated me and made fraud... I have given them written complain to refund money but they are not replying on the same...

My name is prashant goswami, I am also fighting for my complimentary free air ticket money which was promised in news paper advertisement and company executives at the time of booking of membership. They are giving false promises since last one month that they will transfer amount in my bank account today or tomorrow. Amount is only 10, 000 still company is not able to pay it since last one month.

We received a call on 12.11.2016 inviting me and my wife for a dinner at Hotel Four Points, Vadodara, which was confirmed by an SMS at 12.55 p.m. giving the venue and timings viz. 7 p.m. Upon reaching the venue, we found that it was a business promotion campaign by Sunstar Club. The terms and conditions of membership as told to us by their marketing team were (1) One time membership fees Rs.1, 55, 000/-, (2) Total term 20 years. (3) No maintenance /administrative /utility charges as also no usage charges. (4) A gift of Sony BRAVIA 32” LED Television set as a special incentive for the membership.(5) The entire membership fees of Rs.1, 55, 000/- will be refunded at the end of 20 years. (6) A compensation of Rs.2000/- every month for not using the Hotel.
The terms and conditions were obviously attractive and non-levying of any charges like maintenance/administrative/utility/usage charges was the biggest attraction because it avoids recurring expenditure in future for a retired senior citizen like me. They asked for Rs.20, 000/- as upfront amount which I paid using my Credit Card for which they issued a receipt. Next day was Sunday. Since I had a programme to leave home early they sent their representative (Raju Rabari) at around 7.45 a.m. and collected the balance amount of Rs.1, 35, 000/- (Rs.49000/- in cash and balance in cheques of Rs.75000/- and Rs.11000/-) from my residence. I obtained a simple receipt on a piece of paper for this payment as a precaution as it contained cash also.
Till date neither I have received the promised gift nor the Membership certificate/card, despite my follow up with their three representatives and lastly with their office at Vadodara. I have received their WELCOME LETTER through email on 23.11.16. Alpesh Solanki, one of their representatives had sent me the draft of the agreement and since it contained clauses about maintenance/utility charges and also about usage charges, I resented to it and refused to accept these clauses but he assured that this was a common draft and my agreement will not have a mention of it as my package was only a Gold package and not the Club package. But even the stamped Agreement forwarded to me duly signed by Mr. Kumareshan of the Company in the mid of December, 2016, contains these clauses of charges.
Raju Rabari has since left his job with this Company. Alpesh Solanki who had given his business card on 12.11.16 saying that I can contact him for any need is now avoiding me saying he has been transferred to their Surat office. Now one Mr. Yograj called up to me on 26th January, 2017 confirming that there are no charges and he will arrange for the delivery of Sony LED TV and will call me back. He did not call and now he is not answering my calls and does not respond to my messages. I have recorded the conversation I had with him on 26th January, 2017.
The Company perhaps thinks that I being a retired Senior citizen it is easy to dupe me and rob me of my hard earned money. I cannot trust this unscrupulous Company for 20 years. I do not want the membership of this Club at all. I have not signed the Agreement because it contains clauses about expenses which were explicitly and unambiguously declared not to be for the package offered. L have not signed their Agreement. I have not signed any application. I do not want the membership. I want my entire sum of Rs.1, 55, 000/- paid by me to be refunded to me instantly.

I joined sunstar jaipur on 27th dec., i got agreement after 1 month. But now they are not giving any food vouchers, no hotel bookings, also not refunding my money, it is fake company, manager prannoy majumadar and executive pankaj not responding, they blocked my no. Office is also closed in jaipur, salary also not given to them, no tie up in golden tulip or any hotel in jaipur, i want my money back, all promises of sunstar is fake, dont believe...

On 1/1/2017 I have paid the membership amount of Rs 15500/- at Vadodara . after 2days I have decided not to continue further and I have requested to refund my above amount. I have submitted written application to Vadodara office and the person in charge MR Deepak has confirmed that you will get this amount within 21 days. but till date there is no receipt of this amount. I have sent 2 to 3 mails also but no reply. So many times I have tried to contact via mobile at Ahmedabad office but no reply.Please do needful.

I join the sun star meeting on 17.02.2017.I have a camplain against staff in welcome hotel dwarka delhi. They invite me for a meeting of 45 minutes with dinner but after a long meeting of 2 hours they tell me to pay 3000rs for dinner and promiss me to refund the same by sun star company a very next day. On next day when i not able to refund i call the concern person he promiss me to refund till 20.02.2016. But i dont receave refund till date 23.02.2017

Hi my self khushal Gandhi I m member of sun Star club and I m invited by sun Star club at four points vadodara nd I became member after that I booked daman property for 3 day nd I em exprince so luxurious facilty with my family I never went on five star hotel bt after joining the Club my dream will be full feel nd it's my honer to give best holiday trip to my parents thank u sun Star club to give me this type of luxurious facility in daman cidade property. .. . .and I m attach few pic of our holiday so other one will be satisfied that I m not fake ID ND person

Fraud!!! Fraud!!! Fraud!!! The sunstar club is a fraud club with fake people and pathetic services here in welcom hotel dwarka, delhi. All below people are fraud and they will never take care of your problems. Do not trust on sunstar club, else you will be the next person to get cheated. I have paid 43, 000 rupees as on 17-Jan-2017 for thier membership. Mr Tapas Sahu The AGM of delhi and Mr Pawan convinced me to buy the Plan.
They promised that the card will be dispatched within 15 days to my corespondence address. They also mentioned that they have tie up with more that 6000 hotels all across globe.

When I tried to book a hotel in Jammu then they said there are only 16 hotels which they have tie up with.

Its been more then 35 days but no one has contacted me for the welcome kit or any other services.

They cheated. and Now all the numbers are out of service.

I had been invited to the seminar at Royal Orchid Vashi.They Explained the membership pattern and benefits. I was reluctant so i asked them to mail me the copy membership agreement and provide other details on my mail. They said they would provide the documents if you pay the blocking fees which would be refundable if you dont buy the membership. I paid them. That was on 29th Jan 2017. I mailed them on 31st Jan declining their offer as they had not fulfilled their committment of mailing me the details. They had committed to refund the blocking fees if I dont purchase the membership of the SunStar Club. Now they are not replying to mails and calls! Not refunding the amount aswell

Myself Sumant from Mumbai. Today (12 Feb'17) SunStar Club had organised a presentation with free buffet at Grand Sarovar Hotel, Mumbai based in Goregaon (W). I had paid amt of Rs 1, 40, 000 upfront for 12 nights plan / year for 20 yrs along with DAE offer benefit. They said that they will send the kit at our residence in 10-12 days. I checked with Sarovar Hotel and they are saying that they dont have any tie-up with SunStar for rooms. Their tie-up is only for the Banquet. I am also tensed as I paid a huge amt.
Sunstar members at Presentation were - Sarabjit Singh, Ashish and Vishal Waghchoure.

pls call me so that we can take strict action, also share your no pls.

Sunstar is a fraud company we got a call from them to attend the presentation on 19th November in TGB hotel in Surat they convinced us so nicely and showed a golden vow of their club so we took the membership but after full payment they were neither receiving calls nor they gave us bookkng in hotels we sent so many mails but they did not revert back at all so we went to their office their we saw that the owner of the office had thrown away the employees out of the office and sealed it as they did not pay the rent for 2 months so we enquirer at TGB hotel where we went for the presentation they told they were using their name and cheating people so TGB people had registered FIR against them and some of the employees were thrown behind the bars also so me and my husband went to Lord Plaza where the presentation was going on and asked for the refund but the staf[censored]sed abusing language with me and started fighter with my husband This all happened on 10th Feb 2017 and were told that you go Anmedabad office for refund so beware of this cheat company and don't take membership in such fake company

Hello my name is ashish kumar porwal i attend a programme of sun starclub in itc welcome hotel dwarka delhi. One of company executive which name is Sudheer and his mobile number is [protected].he explained the plan with me. He told me you have to pay 30000 and company wll provide you 3 trips of 12 nights per trip means total 36 night in five star resort and you can also use these 36 nights to splite single nights over d period of 20 years but when i call d customer care num and asked about the plan then they totally denied it that we dont have any plan like this. i have paid rs 15000 by debit card in itc welcome hotel dwarka. its a clear case of misselling and fraud by their employee. I send many mails to company mail id but not provide any answer.

We have done great mistake to get sun star club membership.

We had mail to sunstar club two times for reservation first on[protected] and second one on[protected].

on Fist time sunstar club replay within 3 days on[protected] replay " We are sorry to say that we are Enable to give you reservation on your desire date because of Rooms are not available, so we are really sorry to say we can't give you booking on these date, anyway you can change your dates sir so we can provide your reservation process. ")

Second time we send you a mail on[protected] still on[protected] we have no replay form sunstar club for conformation of reservation.

We had call many time to you call center and you executive they had repay please wait some time, after few days executives are not receiving calls.

The Call center services are very very poor and rood, We are very shock with your shameless services.

Because of You hopeless service and replay we requesting you to give our money back AFAP.

Fraud Company. All the staff are fraud. they dont give any booking though i[censored] try to book before a week or month. they just took money and now dont receive my calls. if you keep calling they add ur number in blacklist i[censored] try another number and they know that its same client they add that number to blacklist as well. now i am doing police complain and registering a case of 420.

We cancelled our membership and club has sent us a cheque for the amount. But cheque returned. We mailed so many times but club is not responding us. They r not receiving our calls even. They r not reply of our mails too.they don't look genuine. We went to its office so many times. We had given them written application also. We r fed up now. We r suffering mentally.
