I got a phone call from Sunstar Club informing that I have won a free dinner in a Five star hotel. When I went there they started informing us about there plans for holidays. A plan of Rs. 175000 for 20 years which I refused. Then they asked me to make a payment of Rupees 17800 so that I can decide after one holiday. They also said that this amount will be taken in 12 EMIs which I found convenient as my anniversary is in February only. Now, when I have made the payment, the executive is not responding and when I called in the enquiry number in head office. They are asking me to ask my bank for the same which my bank says to have no such provision. I feel cheated as I don't understand how to recover my money from them.

I had call from sun star for events in Lords Plaza, Ring road on[protected].30 evening and also send me Sms, but next days a they call me and told that their is some technical problem in lighting and A.C.so i just inquired at Lords Plaza they told me there is no such problem.So please think 10 times before joining this club...so guys i only says" JAGO GARAK JAGO"

I have taken membership of this club by paying full amount by credit card. It was told by executive that no interest would be paid by me for EMIs but now I am paying the interest on EMIs, accordingly I had made request to book a hotel at New York for two days. First I received reply that they have no such facilities abroad when I asked the executive who took amount from me and make me fool by promising such things he intervened and make a booking in one of the average hotel with a condition that rs 5000 had to be paid by me and remaining amount by them. The hotel was booked for Rs 19000 thousand for two days where as it was easily [protected]@ 12000 on net. I had to pay additional amount @ 7000 and yet I have not received any amount from the club as promised.
Whenever I enquire on this no one ready to answer.
Very poor customer care support the executives attends call neithe knows English or Hindi

During presentation meeting at hyatt ahmedabad i gave breif about my family members and their sales evecutive told me so many things about benefits of sunstar membership.they also told me that is good for you to get refreshment for traveling and having fun outside gujarat along with my family and they also provide us passes for any event like garba etc.. so i take that membership for my family enjoyment purpose. but from last week i need reservation for pune they asked me details regarding reservation after provide all details and after 3-4 email conversation they told me we can not able to arrange 6 people accommodation in novotel pune. then i called their customer care executive and sales person who sold me that membership they agree to provide accommodation facility for us.but after that commitment that executive not receiving my phone or if receive everytime told me that he is in meeting or other excuses. so i went to their office on 10/01/17 but they told me that it's not possible. so i told their executive that till today i have not using your single facilities so kindly refund my paid amount of 115000/- and cancel the membership but they refuse to give my paid amount back to me. and cancel my membership.

Sir, as per discusion from your sales they have asured us that we have taken gold membership so we have one time dinner free and it will be in writing.
but they have denied to give in writing. so i am not totally satisfied with your club and having a bad response and i have recordings of your sales man about the cause so i[censored] can help me out of this.

My name is snehal m shah ..I come with my wife name Dipali Snehal shah attend meeting at four point hotel at Vadodara dated 30/12/16.we getting call from your representative.in the meeting your executive given information about sunstar club..we paid 20000 rupees there and they give receipt of that..after coming our home we find that we can't paid 120000 rupees for this membership..as your representative said that if we paid some amount on meeting and if we don't want to go with membership then club gives full payment to us..so sir I request you that please cancel my membership and returned my money as soon as early possible.
Sir I call to your executive in very next day and said that please cancel my membership.and now today I meet them and given written application for cancellation.

I got a call from sunstar representatives to meet on a dinner in welcome hotel, dwarka and we went there on 17th dec'16. We were offered a membership of 20 years, which i deny and said cant afford this.
Representative (Pawan) asked me the price/tenure i can afford and he offered me 5yrs. Membership for 50, 000/- which can be paid to bank in 24 equal installments as sun star have tie-up with standard chartered bank.
I paid the amount by credit card of 50000/- and didnot receive any call from bank till 20th dec'16 regarding emi's, then i approach bank and they deny to make the installments, after this i approach the sunstar representative mr. Pawan and told me that he will get the excess amount of interest of rs.48000 of emi's to me, which was not easy to digest.

I keep on taking to this guy and sometimes he talks and sometimes didnt pick the call and like this 3-4 days passes away, then i wrote an email for refund on 25th dec'16, they didnt answer any email.
I was giving daily follow-up on email but didnt received any revert.

Then i came to welcome hotel on 29th dec'16 and met tapas (Agm) and mr. Sudhir (Agm), mr. Tapas informed me that he will initiate the refund on 31st dec'16 and will keep me in loop.

Today is 3rd jan'16 and nothing has happened till now. No one from them is picking the calls, and neither responding emails.

I do not know, how to tackle with these guys as everyone is making false promises and thereafter stop picking the calls.

Someone please help me, how i can get my money refund.

My name is Rajshree Thakur, my mobile no is [protected] good luck hotels Pvt Ltd directors cheats public as they established Sunstar the club at sanathal, at Ahmedabad, for this fake promise, they call public in five star hotels for free dinner, and his one hours marketing, they focre public, for Club Member ship, and give big celebrity, is join in his club, and they provide, 5*clubs facilities, in Sunstar Club, .. and so many existing offers they offer to public, and they force, them, say yes now, and give us payment.. so we gives u discount.. like all this marketing.. they cheats public.. I pay rs 1, 55000 for club membership, and they offered me you get 12days holiday for five star hotels free stay, till 20 years.. when I was visited his Ahmedabad office 406 vinus Atlantis, Prahlad Nagar, I meet mr Rajesh, and ask him to show a papers regarding club sight, he replied, we inform you after discussing our director, till one week they don't reply, after one week, this club HR Ms Fenny replied to me, we don't show you any papers of club, you pay for holiday package nt for club membership, again I visited his Ahmedabad office, after one hour waiting they don't ready reply or talk to me . So I leave and filled complaint against said sunstar club owner good luck hotels Pvt Ltd directors before CID crime and Ahmedabad police commissioner office.. I want my money back .. I don't want to become member of sunstar club so I want refund my money.. this complaint i registered for awareness of public .. don't waste your money...Pls I request you...

In Sep16 I have received call from SunStar Club for dinner invite at Hotel Pride, Ahmedabad. Upon reaching there with family their executives given us presentation, in first go I have not shown interest. Then they started convincing me by making certain statements like we provide booking in 5 star properties in just 2-3 days time. No maintenance charges. In just 1.42 lakh 20 year membership of club will be built in Ahmedabad outskirts in next 2 years and along with that 12 nights stays at 5 star properties at entirely my discretion. I can book any time anywhere, any number of rooms for me, my friends or relatives. I will get booking anywhere in the world using DEA, membership of which is also part of this.
They also confirmed that all these discussed terms will be given in writing on 100 Rs agreement, but same will take 15-20 days time. I trusted them and paid entire amount.
I have then given my first booking immediately next week by personally visiting their Ahmedabad office. They confirmed that you will get revert in next 2-3 days. Then upon follow up they were saying it will be surely done, don't worry. After a month or so they denied of giving booking.
In the meantime I was also following up for written agreement which they given me after a month, then I realized that promises made at time of booking were false, there is no mention of DEA, nothing about club premises and their amenities usage policy. And to my surprise they have mentioned in agreement that 1 room/month will be given which exactly against what has been promised.
So finally I have asked them to cancel my membership and refund my money as there is no agreement happened between us and they are not ready to provide services too.
But now they refusing that too. They are not reverting to emails, calls. I have made escalations to their vice president Mr. KUMARESAN. But he also didn't respond to any of email.
These guys are big frauds, cheaters and looting hard earned money of people. Please don't get trapped.
I don't know how come GOVINDA or KAPIL DEV are endorsing this club.

Hello I am Manish Trivedi. i had booked before 3 days and i got a booking at J.W.MARRIOTT Mumbai in DIWALI for 3 nights 4 days with my family.This is Awesome facilities from the SUN STAR THE CLUB.And fully enjoyment in J.W.MARRIOTT with my family.its a great time to spend with my family and its a memorable trip for my family and i love to enjoy the facilities from the SUN STAR THE CLUB.its a great response from the sun star the club customer care department and other staff.

We got a call from one person name mitul. He told us that he is calling from tgb hotel in surat and you will get a free dinner. We went and they showed a golden view that if you become a member of sun star club you will get 36 nights free in a year in any hotels they are having a tie up. The person named vivek also told that if we are not using these nights then we will get interest on the principal amount and you will be getting the agreement...

On 20 November we got a call from Mr Mitul for a dinner at TGB for the presentation of sun star club and we were attended by Mr Vivek and he showed a golden view of the club. He told that we will get the agreement in 2 days and we will get the monthly rent of Rs 6000 and we can book the hotels before 48 hours only. But till now we have not got agreement copy and when we are calling for the same he is telling that you will get in one or two days but the day has not come yet. We don't want your membership we want refund back as that was the false commitment from your company.

We received an invitation for a dinner and club presentation by raj malhotra ([protected]) in itc hotel, dwarka, delhi. there they made heaps of false promises saying they are having 50 plus properties in india only and many others in abroad and many more by some mr. tapas contact no. [protected] and many more.. they asked us to name a place and they showed us their property there. so when we joined the club on 14th nov 2016, by paying rs.50000 advance, we asked for a reservation in hyderabad in banjara hills from 23rd nov till 30th nov as we had some official commitment there. the person there (mr. tapish) promised the same in radisson blue, banjara hills and said will be done with in 2-3 days. but thereafter, when we called him he asked us to contact some ahmedabad person with contact no. [protected], after a long procedure calling and not picking or calling and picking and saying will confirm the booking and will call back in half an hour, ultimately they refused us the booking saying we dont have any tie-ups in hyderabad. i complaint in the ahmedabad office also, but it was of no use. they offered us a booking in some 3star hotel at the price of[protected]rs per night through dea. while in the presentation, the dea charges told to us were very less, around rs 800.
this club and their representatives are a big time fraud and looting people of their hard earned money.
i dont want any membership in this. i simply want my money back. i paid through debit card. kindly return my money.

We were made the following false commitments by ms priyanka and mr vivek singh during presentation

A) deltin group (Deltin daman and deltin goa are already in their tie up of resorts.
B) ananta hotel udaipur is already there in thier tie up of properties. (Still listed in thier website http://sunstarclub.in/)
C) we will be provided 3n/4d complimentary voucher with meal for 3 adults at any of the tie up properties.
D) we will be provided complimentary dinner voucher at jw marriot mumbai.
E) we will provided 12 nights/year to utilize at thier properties and we can take advance nights o[censored]pto 3 nights from next year)
F) the concept of per night/per month was not told to us. According to thier presentation we were allowed to utilize nights at our own behest.
G) we were told of dea tie up in presentation at extra cost for non tie up properties.

5) we were not provided with agreement copy till as late as 29/11/2016. After the agreement soft copy was mailed to us we come to know about per month/per night concept and also there was no mention of dea tie up in agreement.

6) after taking the membership when we put a request for booking for complimentary voucher on 3n/4d on 20/11/2016 on your email id we received a reply from certain ms apeksha on 21/11/2016 stating that deltin group is not in your tie up list and it is upcoming properties, to our surprise ananta hotel udaipur also did not feature in the list of tie up properties (Which is still listed in thier website).

7) we were surprised and shocked at this mail and immediately tried to contact mr vivek singh but he dint answer our calls. We continuously called him up for the next 4 days at various time but he did not answer any of our calls. When we called up your ahmedabad office mr rajesh sent us a mail stating that they will provide booking for deltin daman, but only for 2 adults and that too without meals for that compliemntary voucher of 3n/4d. When i requested him to honor the commitement made by mr vivek singh and ms priyanka he staright away refused and told us to contact them directly. Eventhough ms priyanka answered our every call but mr vivek singh was not picking up the calls, ms priyanka maintained that she was pitching what she was told by her seniors.

8) to settle the dispute and not drag the issue further we requested mr rajesh to club the booking of complimentary voucher of 3n/4d and our ownership nights and provide us with booking for 2 rooms instead since we were 3 adults, we were ready to compromise on the false meal promise. To our surprise we were denied that as well and again told to contact the sales representative directly.

9) we again contacted your ahmadabad office with ms fany on 29/11/2016. We explained her the entire case very patiently, she told us that she will resolve the same and call us back before 7.00 pm the same day. She even went to the extent of saying that many people have complained about mr vivek singh and that sunstar has already fired him from his job. She dint call us back and from the next day onwards did not answer our calls and simply passed the phone to someone else. We also contacted your mumbai office hoping for a resolution, ms swati told us the same that many complaints have been recieved against mr vivek singh and told us to mail the details to her email id.

I Don't want to continue my membership with Sun star club, they cheats public, don't reply properly to members.. and don't meet, or attending calls of members..my mobile no is [protected] before this complaint, I did three times online complaint against said company, bt no response or results.. sunstar club office HR Mr Rajesh And Ms Fenny both are nt response properly, nt even attend my call or ready to meet me, after waiting for one hour sitting in their office, ms Fenny had no time to meet or talk with me, than after
I filed one complaint before, cid crime and Ahmedabad police commissioner also..

Sunstar club cheats public, they don't reply after getting money, one ms fenny is hr of this company, i talked no of times, bt she could not replying properly, yesterday i was in their office, waiting till 1hour, bt she is nt respond, they all cheats, public.. I want my money back, i gave them ₹155000... Till today they are nt contact us... Pls do nt waste ur valuable money in said company.. I request to all.. For awareness... I gave complaint against this company before, cid crime, and ahmedabad police commissioner.....

One day i was reading newspaper and i got to know about Sunstar the club. So i called the number given in it. One lady picked up and told one of there sales man will come to my place and will explain the offer. So i agreed. Named Rushi adhikari came to my place and told me about the offer 12 nights per year till 20years and i'll get 3N 4D free package stay at J W Marriott in Mumbai other then yearly 12 night. So i asked for some time to think...

How much membership amount is required to pay for getting accommodation at marriot in Ahmedabad / Mumbai. Is it true that we can't get accommodation for 10 days in year with membership in Sunstar club, as posted by other member.

What's the minimum time required to get any communication from company.

How many number of hotels can be utilized through membership in Sunstar club. Kindly post the list of hotels in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Shimla.

I got call from sunstar club to have meeting in hyatt, ahmedabad.in meeting they demonstrated about new club and option of hotel stay 12 nights every year for 20 years. I had some doubt so they gave option to pay rs. 15, 000 and get experience of one property for 2 night. I booked hotel lila and they gave one letter of booking after few follow up. But when i confirm with hotel, there is no such booking either on my name or with club's name...
