Sunstar Club — Refund of registration fee of Rs.15000 for not getting response

I has registered with Sunstar Club after giving Rs. 15000/- (fifteen thousand only) on[protected]. However, I tried to contact them on their mobile no. for booking hotel. But they are not lifting the my call. Also their site is not active. Following were the no. to whom I had called and they are not lifting my call

I tried contacting them, however, they are not reachable. Kindly help me to get back my hard earn money amounting or Rs. 15000/-
