We got the connection 2 weeks back. Since they came early in the morning, they said they don't have the receipt. Luckily, i made the payment online. So, i have the proof. They are now saying that it is our fault we don't have a receipt and they won't refund the whole amount of rs. 1500 but will give only rs. 500. I called them multiple times requesting them to give the receipt and they said they would give it but didn't. Was this information helpful? |
