Refund secutity money

I have submitted super gas connection as on 5th Oct in Pune near Chandan Nagar, Super gas Agency name is Prachi kasar. the agency told me that they will return my Security money with in one week. But its almost one month Agency lady neither pickup my call nor provide any answer. Would request you to please assist on this.

We got the connection 2 weeks back. Since they came early in the morning, they said they don't have the receipt. Luckily, i made the payment online. So, i have the proof. They are now saying that it is our fault we don't have a receipt and they won't refund the whole amount of rs. 1500 but will give only rs. 500. I called them multiple times requesting them to give the receipt and they said they would give it but didn't.

Were you able to get resolution for this? I have the exact same problem. They give the excuse of me NOT having a receipt so that they can only return 500Rs and make the remaining as their income. Very very bad business.

cylinder refill price

On supar gas (Supergas.com) website cylinder refil amount given 855+100=955 including everything at today date 02/10/2017. But delivery boy forcefully give me a next day receipt add some additional charge for what reason i don't know. On my receipt date given 03/10/2017. When i call for help on super gas helpline desk they told me to pay same account delivery boy mention.
Delivery boy take 1000rs on record and 60rs extra cash for delivery

No delivery even after 1 week of payment

This super gas agency in sholinganallur is taking the Customers for granted. We had paid them on 20th May, Saturday amount of Rs.1050 for a single cylinder which includes delivery charge of Rs.50
We did daily follow up to do the delivery. Today, 25th May, Thursday we lost the patience and demanded definite delivery.
It would have been better if they had informed it wouldn't be delivered. Instead, they did false promise of delivering it within half an hour. Half an hour passed 6 times and it's already afternoon. With loss of half day work, I had to leave for office. Had been continuously calling them every hour. They didn't deliver it even then.
I came to know that they delivering the cylinder to whom they pay them newly with a bribe probably.
I had paid them last week Saturday and still no delivery. Terrible Experience.

Gas leakage, pathetic response

We took Supergas connection in Oct'14. This morning when I woke up, I sensed LPG leakage smell in the house.
Immediately opened all windows and doors and shut off the regulator. It made a hissing sound and kept leaking. It stopped hissing after some time.
I kept calling my Sholinganallur dealer from morning 10am. No response except for ya ya we will come, 15 min. I had to call every office and head office and they kept asking me to take my original receipt and give me this number that number etc.
Finally the person showed up with a voicer and replaced it. They knew what causes the issue!! They gave me a cylinder and regulator knowing this persistent issue. Had the gas accumulated and I had switched on something in the morning, I would not be here writing this review.
To top it all the person asked me for money for this! Faulty device, non-existent safety number or protocol, ignorance towards a serious issue when I live barely 15min away, already knowing what caused the issue, and asking money for responding late to a very serious issue.
Please do NOT take this gas for any reason. The only reason I took it was I had moved to Chennai and I thought it will be faster. Best to wait for a good, professional gas agency than this stupid, godforsaken useless Supergas agency. If you care for you and your family.

malpractice at hidrive gas station

The gas vendor at Mahalakhmi auto gas pump in Sangli is doing malpractices while filling the pump
1. When the gas of 500 is asked the actually gas of 480 is filled as per the vendor boy
2. While making the tank full, even after the sensor signals to stop filling, the vendor boy keeps the pumping in operation. Thus, even the tank is full the money charged by vendor is more under the name of making the amount a full number.
This is cheating. You must stop this.

Gas exhausted in just 4 days!

Dear All, I had taken one new connection of super gas from Authorised Agency in Porur on 7 th October 2010 and started using it from 11th only (as my family relocated to Chennai on 10 night only), we just used 4 days and on 15 we saw that the gas cyllinder is emptied, , , , , , it was really a shocking experience, , , , , , no where in the world, even in the highly rush hotels also this 12kg gas cyllinder should last minimum 15days..., I strongly believe that the Agency cheated us by giving the surrendered (surrendered by somebody) gas cyllinder by taking 1150 Rs. When we contacted the Ageny, , , , , , , (most of all the people there dont know English, since I am from non tamil speaking place it is difficult for me to communicate with them) and I managed to get the cell number of the Agency manager but he never picks up the phone..., ,
I lodged complaint by email to their office in Tnagar and also called over phone... but no response till now... please suggest what is the procedure to proceed with Consumer protection forum.

Charging extra and late delivery
Super Gas Franchisees are charging extra charges and giving late deliveries. Online it is showing Rs. 1132 for Sept 2013 month and delivery charges are Rs 20 in 3 Km radius as mentioned in the site.
Super Gas Franchisees is 1 Km away from my house. When I ask for the refill price they quote Rs 1250 + Rs 50 (delivery charge) = Total 1300. When I argued, he told that he do not have any person for delivery so he cannot delivery. At last, he gave me cylinder for Rs. 1132 and charged Rs. 68 for delivery (total Rs 1200).
NO BILL given for the product and told to collect from the Agency Shop/Super Gas Franchisees.

No proper service and late delivery

We had taken super gas connection in 2009 August 1st from Vinayakam super gas services, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai - 600119.
In all these years , we are struggling a lot whenever gas got over. They never delivered gas cylinder within 5 days. We always used to call multiple times to the number [protected] and receives irrelevant answers each time saying "Already sent and boys are on the way", "If you need gas now itself, collect it from service center" at last "What is the address!!!".
Hardly they will deliver cylinders without printed receipt. The guy who delivers cylinder will just get the amount!!!

hoping somebody will look into this problem.

Super Gas — POOR SERVICE
Respected Sir,I am vikram kumar grandson of late roop lal from pathankot. i want to say that we are very old customer of LPG. sir now i want to infome you the system of Supper Gas Agency from booking to deliver is very poor. Neither they are honest & nor they have correct information about their services.
Sir our SA number is 5718 & agency phone no is[protected]. I allways book my gas through phone the the ofter say your booking has registered after a week when we ask about the gas they adjorn to say that you was under a due date so that we did not supply to you. When we asked then why did you not tell me that time than say may be our computer is shut down.
Sir please i want to known what is this ? Is it the way of working on the goverment place ? I hope you must take the action according to my statement & verify why they are giving such a poor service to your customers.

Private Domestic Gas
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken a Gas Connection from Vinayakam Super Gas Services, No. 113, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai - 600119 on 31 May, 2008. Now as I am leaving the city on Saturday (1 August, 2009) evening, I wanted to return the Gas Cylinder and cancel my connection on the same day. However, the staff told me that they can take the return only till 1PM today (30 July, 2009) as the owner will be out of office from today evening till Monday. They wont give me my refund if I return the cylinder on Saturday (1 August, 2009). Since the office is open from Monday to Saturday, they should take cancellation orders on all these days an not on days when the owner is available. I have paid Rs. 1000/- as Gas Cylinder Deposit (Receipt No. 915). Can you please look into this?

Guess no one is actually looking into this problem, I am also facing the same issue. New problem with this gas dealer in: the number they provide in all websites is switched off. No way to book gas now when it is over for us. Also, they don't deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. They don't deliver when people are supposed to be there at home - they say they will deliver only at 4 to 5PM Monday to Friday. Peak time in office and these people want us to stay at home not for 1 but multiple days giving a false hope that they will deliver the cylinder today. I am really pissed off. God save us!

failure to deliver cooking gas
super gas did not deliver the cooking as at home inspite of me calling them and fixing the time. They recently moved their office which was further away from my house as compared to the earlier location. They came up with lame excuse of not having sufficient staff and the delivery boy could not find the house. They being in this business is their responsibility to find address and deliver the gas. finally i had to go myself and collect the gas from their office / godown. There was no cooking which happened in our house for 2 days. Even after giving them 24 hrs after booking the gas it was not delivered.
