I had ordered for MI Power bank vide order no: [protected], order dated 15/01/2016, and subsequently received order on 21/01/2016, i was shocked to see the product it completely varies with what it looks over your website and also the piece which i ordered was an already used piece an old piece with full of scratches and the worst part it is not working at all,

I had asked for replacement or refunds or return nothing happened and they are not at all responding
