Supertech — araville/not paying pre emi

I bought a supertech flat, on subvention scheme, especially because it was "emi starts with possession". Now, the possession date is still very far, supertech has also suddenly stopped paying pre-emi, asking the customers us to pay for the same. Bank person also calling and threating for non bailable warrant issuance.

I contacted many persons in supertech but till now no satisfactory response is received. Supertech is not responding to any emails or phone calls, while the outstanding is piling on with the bank

What aboout security if customer in this country. What action against such cheat buliders who are eating innocent people money and leaving others empty hands
