Supertech — builder unable to deliver the flat | |||||
I had booked the Flat with Supertech Hues Sec-68 Gurugram, its been more than 4 Yrs now and construction is in very shabby state. Multiple failed commitments given and every time they give excuses for delay. My unit was under Subvention scheme and EMI amount is not paid timely by the Supertech. I think we should all unite and approach RERA against the builder. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per MOU Supertech to release PRE EMI every month by 10th day. Since beginning Supertech is delaying release of payments. As per my loan account Supertech didn't release Two PRE EMI installment appx. Rs. 100000/-, release PRE EMI failing lead to legal actions
