I am having three flats in Ecocity project of Supertech Ltd. My experience had been pathetic, project overrun by 36 months and no compensation to buyers, build quality is poor and the builder tried to cheat me that I have to pay extra for club etc wherein I had made a down payment with all inclusive deal. Not trust worthy and you will repent buying such a poor quality property. I suggest stay away and if at all bought the property then please check all your documents and especially read the fine print.
