Dear sir as per your promise to give us possesion in CZAR Nicholus 2 Omicron 1Greater Noida in 2013 still we are not getting now in 2015. Nobody in your office giving correct information. Dear Concern Person.

As per your Agreement letter the possession date of my flat in Supertech ‘CZAR’ Nicolas-2

Tower, Unit No- 1069616 is 31st JUNE 2013 and a grace period of 6 months, which ends on 31st

December 2013. As per your agreement if there is any delay in possession Builder ( Supertech )

have to pay 5 Rs/per sqft as penalty, but still i have not get possession nor the interest part on

delay, possession.

Kindly advice on it I am staying in rented house & also taken home loan for my flat

With reference to your below mail, We would like to inform you that

we are doing our best to hand over your flat complete in all respects at the earliest. As per the current status possession is expected in November 2015. However, Interest/penalty levied on your associated account will be Dealt/Settled at the time of possession as per the terms and condition of the allotment letter.
